For the last two months,  I turned a random thought into a career path.  

Having been involved in "general contracting" for the past year and a half becoming stagnant and not seeing much fruit from the business, real estate ended up being the next logical pivot point in my entrepreneurial career.

You have to decide which one is more important to you in your early career. 

It was a small seed that stayed in the back of my head up until I got out in 2008 and began my next career as a Security Contractor in Afghanistan.

The property owner is a former area native who moved to Florida years back.I think this could be a potential real estate opportunity for my wife and I to begin our investment career.

I also work part time at a telecommunications construction and consulting firm.
