If the second is foreclosing, the first remains intact.In either case, the hoa debt will remain with the property.The county clerk records will show the exact amount of the foreclosure final judgment, and more accurate info on the hoa debts....amounts, as of a certain date, etc.So you know, auction.com doesn’t have anything do with the foreclosure process/auctions in FL, they are judicial and handled through the county clerk office, with bidding in most counties through an online platform.....auction.com just advertises them.
