Newbie Q about auction.com estimated debt / liens
Hello, first post here and just getting started with learning about this field, but have come across what seems like a good opportunity and need some advice.
This is an apartment in Florida in process of foreclosure; Auction.com has estimated debt around $258,000, market value is $190,000. Title has 2 open liens, one in position 1 and another in position 2 but both are Bank of America. I've heard that the lien in position 1 will be wiped out by the foreclosure process upon transfer but not the 2nd. I'm attaching picture of relevant section in title. Also wondering about relevance of open liens vs involuntary liens.
