What is your specific lease language with regard to the gas?

I looked over our rental agreement contract written by our property manager and there doesn't seem to be any language on point.

Hi BP Community, I would like to formally introduce myself as a newly minted, official real estate investor.

ı have moved to turkey sıx months ago and started as a real estate agent 2 days ago i have tried to find a mentor but my turkish language is not that good yet so i am trying to find an english mentor do u have any suggestions ?

I put specific language in the contract.

I'm starting to get the language down and I just got "Building Wealth One House at a Time" by John Schaub in the mail yesterday, so I plan on diving into it tonight.

So, take that advice with a grain of salt, as I am yet to officially invest in a rental!
