First flip!
bought my first Fix and Flip property earlier this year, and after a bit of fun with the contractor it is finally up on the market!

That's your property @Matt Murphy??? I saw it pop up on the MLS and thought it looked pretty good! Congrats! I like the wood trim in the front.
