Generally, shipping containers are used as a way to expand an existing self storage facility with minimal capital outlay (the containers can be leased) and as a way to increase revenue without improving the property that would generate an increase in property taxes.

Looking to find leads via mailouts but not sure what the best companies are for leads.

Instead of trying to grab financing at the purchase phase of our deals (which was leading to only finding deals that meet only our minimum requirements if at all)  we decided to go after deals with all cash where there was more value to be added and where cash could really give us a much better purchase price and resulted in the numbers we want (Cash on Cash / Cashflow). 

This is not just a few hundred dollars we are talking about and they decided to just try to evade or hide and purposely lead us to extending the response time from them.

I was cold calling some leads today and I came across something I've never heard of before: Reverse Mortgage.
