I'm a licensed Contractor in Pittsburgh PA and co-owner of PGH Property Buyer? I'm curious to know where are you guys and gals are buying your leads? Are you scrubbing them yourself? Are you skip-tracing them yourself? Are you doing all the work or are you purchasing from a big box supplier? If so from where. And how much are you paying

Hi, Alex. Never paid anything except an agent's commission for a lead, never paid for a background check, never paid to trace a skip. This is Allegheny County, If you know the county court and county property records-keeping systems, you can crawl so far up into people's private business using the online records system that you're ashamed of how much you know about them.
Our tenants also typically come from the health-care industry, our area's largest employer. As you probably know already, they have to pass Act 34/114/151 clearances, usually annually. You work with those people and the teaching industry, even people like volunteer ushers in Catholic churches, the Commonwealth's already done much of the clearance work for you.
