Are Cash deals really all cash?
Are Cash deals really all cash or is a cashiers check used? Anything else besides a briefcase full of money?

@Andrew Boyd No!!! Briefcases of cash are for politicians only. In business we use duffel bags. Seriously, any instrument representing money is fine. Cashier checks, personal checks, hard money, wire transfers etc ..
Goo luck
