I would BOLD and make red JUST SOLD and JUST SOLD FOR 3,820,000.

However, I already had relationships with the Realtors I worked with beforehand and that is what got me in door and to the top of their lists (or at least close to the top!). 

Begin by learning the basics of this industry, not how o be a deal maker in some niche but understand how and why things are done.

Is your online store a money maker?

Houses/duplexes in that area with everything redone are only going for about $300-$350.I'm excited about this property because it could be a real money maker for the right price!

We DVR and watch Flip or Flop and enjoy it (odd how their projects always seem to turn into money makers....)I've bought @J Scott book on flipping houses, but in our small market the really killer opportunities are few and far between.
