Wholesaler/Dealer finder in Twin Cities

Hi All-

I was hoping to get the communities input and any recommendations on any good, reliable wholesalers/deal makers in the Twin Cities. Mostly looking for SFH in the metro area in decent neighborhoods. Any insights/recommendations are greatly appreciated!

Hey Chris,

Best advice I could give you is network, and "relationship build."  I spent the first year and a half trying to do everything on my own, and it didnt work out so well.  Go to as many meetings as you can.  Most of them have a complimentary first meeting is free clause, and there are some that are totally free.  I have met so many great people at these events.  Also just to throw it out there, I do wholesale myself. :)
