I recently found and joined the BP community and I am excited to further my REI knowledge along with my wife to start and grow our REI business we are planning on starting.

Very excited to have purchased my first investment house!!

I am really wanting to use the BRRRR strategy and this has me excited.

I look forward to growing on this journey and learning as much as I can,  I’m in the Northwest CT Area but travel all over! 

I moved because of a relationship and because its a heck of a lot cheaper to live down here, and the prospect of being able to own property is really exciting.

Before I got my license over 20 years ago I paused and said might not be worth it because real estate agents are going to go the way of travel agents and the real estate "Priceline" was going to do us in.

I would say they would be great for college areas, possibly even downtown or north tacoma areas where lots of people are taking traveling short-long term jobs.
