Hello everyone, I am an aspiring real estate investor in the San Antonio area.

I started my Arizona real estate career in 1998 and at that time Awwatukee was the place to be, then it moved to Chandler, then Gilbert, and today it's Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Maricopa, etc.

One months rent is standard in north county San Diego for a security deposit for a master bedroom room rental.

He moved from Washington State after 5 months in a new assignment, prior to that he was south of San Antonio.  

Does anyone have any resources that can be used to access values for adjustments to be made when making appraisals in different areas.I know that a pool or an extra bedroom in San Diego, California will merit a different deduction then Orlando, FL, but how much exactly?

I can for example using my local MLS get everything from Los Angels to San Diego.MLS's in general are and remain very local, kind of like the internet must have been in its first few days of existence.  

I was thinking of retiring in San Antonio, San Marcos area along the river....great tubbing memories there!

Probably San Antonio or Houston are the closest.

If you're sticking them on telephone poles, get the horizontal flutes.I agree with the comment above as well. smaller and preferably lean them against something. if you're staking them in the ground, try to lean them against a stop sign, telephone pole or something else that will shelter them a little and keep them standing...or you could use wood and get a ladder and drill screws through your sign to a telephone pole.Not that I advise it but I've seen it done in San Antonio.
