Remove all of the unused TV dishes on the roof.

If I am spending 8 hours a week on piano and 3 weeks out of the year doing leisurely travel, I will be as happy as can be. 

Too many "guru's", fix n flip tv shows, weekly meet-ups, etc etc....they don't listen to people like me and you.

I have it even worse than that , I let a woman move in with me and there are 2 boys , they are noisy and messy , they turn up the TV too loud , play on the drums , and pee on the toilet seat .

I'm going to spend a lot less time watching TV, and take that time and put it to better use.

. ;-) I don't watch any TV and kids are grown.

If your target customer is military families, make sure you have children proof amenities, a stroller for rent, toys for kids, Disney+ on TV, no sharp corners.

I got started in REI 3 years ago by watching one to many home renovation shows on TV.

I jumped into REI with my wife after watching 1 too many REI tv shows.

The talking heads on the TV might say "The US Housing Market is crashing and the world will end in T-minus 10..9..8...".
