It seems to me that wholesaling is the most sought after method by newbies, and yet it seems to have the highest failure rate of all the investing methods you see on here. Thousands of new people  say they want to be wholesalers and yet how many actually do a deal???  1%?  or is it less than that?

Why do so many people flock to such miserable statistics? I know there is no way to accurately prove these numbers but having been on this site for 4 years and in the local REI Group, seems like less than 1% is accurate failure number...

WHY do so many chose this path???

I chose the path because it was my favorite strategy. I love negotiating, marketing, and crunching numbers. It took me about 8 months to get a deal but I did it! It's a dedication thing! It's like love for a sport.
