Hello everyone here on BP, I'm a new member here having heard about this site from a co-worker. I got started in REI 3 years ago by watching one to many home renovation shows on TV. I did my research and invested in a duplex. While the experience has been challenging it has also been very rewarding. So much so that I bought another 18 months later.

I'm not too sure how many other investors there are on here in the Winnipeg area, but hello to everyone out there.
