I wonder how many emails Daniel has sent to the corner gas station, advocating for a "sliding scale" on fuel prices, or to the neighborhood supermarket to stagnate food prices from when they were first a customer? 

currently stationed in Virginia for the next 2 years.The plan; Buy a duplex/tri/quad in Virginia with my VA loan (can do down payment to ensure cashflow, if needed).  

They will pay a premium to be within an easy commute of their job in an apartment run by a landlord they feel they can trust and who's prompt and professional on maintenance, even in a poor neighborhood.A top reason a pocket neighborhood forms is a police station.

For example, I'm selling a few gas stations right now. 

In my opinion, this tenant pool will rob gas stations to pay the rent.

I used to be stationed at the weapons station in Goose Creek.

Do you know of any other areas that are near train stations or any other areas that are reasonably price in a good neighborhood?

My dad did go to the police station to see if they planned on taking any action against the tenant.  

VA Loan is an awesome tool for military to utilize, except there doesn't seem to be a way to use it if stationed overseas (Been overseas 8 years and looking at 3 more years).
