The commission has apparently chosen to go after the “low hanging fruit”.  

It's interesting to track their actions and see how we can gain from them, but other than that, you can just drive yourself nuts trying to figure them out.I also don't think it's wise to assume that they are the gurus of finance that they pretend to be.

I also invest in large multifamily properties.With experience as both an agent and investor, I feel (somewhat) qualified to speak to this important relationship and how to make it synergistic and fruitful.

Now you're low-hanging fruit .Do your homework and find a bank that will allow you to hold the title in an LLC, while you personally guarantee the note.

These tax credit properties seem like they are a lot of work but seem like they can be very fruitful.

It's a hell of a dense read and will take you from soup to nuts and has enough chapters that you can easily get to the nugget you want to read without spending too much time searching.
