ITs simply a company aggregating credit cards for you.. finding you one's that have introductory zero interest fee's... they charge from the adds I see on the marketplace about 3 to 5k for this service and one of the companies requires you to travel to Dallas and spend three days or so filling out applications or something like that.

The higher end places usually net an applicant/tenant pool of a higher caliber, though.  

So that you can focus on these improvements to get the highest ROI.In order to get higher quality tenants, you just need to have more applicants to screen.

I’ve had many inquiries and only one application that did not meet my qualification standards.

If they don't find their next rental immediately, by the time their application is processed you will have already filed with the court and the next landlord will see it.

My current rental is about five minutes from Randolph and each time it's gone up for a new lease we had multiple applicants within a day or two so the area is good.....today.

We recently had two applicants go through the screening process for a rental unit of ours.

Since it's ideal to approve a rental applicant with income 3 times the rent, I wonder if combined income of multiple applicants over 18 who will be living in the unit qualifies this requirement? 

As far as tenants you get the leases, ledgers can ask for application packages (rarely provided) and the estoppel's but from there you do nothing on the tenant side until you are the owner.
