I think if you can write a complying copy without the BS and just be you... then you might piss off some folks but at the end of the day you'll get more folks that jive with you = happier customer aka motivated sellers... worst felling for a buyer and seller is to have remorse. - drinking a tall one while i type. lol

I am currently working with a PR firm and what I am telling you comes straight from the mouth of the experts.

Long story short, snagged an off market deal and couldn’t be happier with the property at the price point we’re getting it at.So, to answer your question, I didn’t look for the duplex, it found me lol.

Two more items to not overlook are having a good business card & word of mouth advertising.

I try to keep a contractor happy and their workers happier. 

While at these meetings today, I get all kinds of people (almost always newbies) coming up to me and the first thing out of most of their mouths is a question for me to answer.
