Am I required to disclose this when I sell in the future after it has been addressed/fixed?

I wouldn't think they would require a redo for work that is readily visible, but it seems like your inspector is on the extreme end.Try asking for forgiveness first since it is a trivial amount of work with low complexity/skill required.

The higher the stakes (as in value, timeline or risk) the stronger lender profile and performance will be required. 

I am understanding that oceanfront properties require MUCH higher maintenance and the property in question, certainly needs a good dose. 

I've finally hit the required 3,500 points required for the NYS Broker License and I was planning on filing as a corporate broker.

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

I have looked into different PML online and it seems that their requirements are very straight forward but they do require at least 1 new construction in the last 3 years.

There is no requirement to do 35 deals, only time.

I don't have equity to tap currently, and the town requirements are set.

If it's possible, what type of RE agent activities might count towards the 750 hours required?
