I can transfer out of it but that's last resort until it hits the amount for the purchase it's been ear marked for. 

If I was crazy enough, I would live rent free, save my money and make a bid once the trustee sale happens, which is at the 3 year mark.

We have had payments lost that show up a year later, shredded in half, delayed a month  ( can be verified with post mark date) whole slew of issues...... 

Common fees will include a set-up fee, leasing fee for each turnover or a lease renewal fee, marking up maintenance, retaining late fees, and more.

I left, asked for my money back, and I'm sure they marked me as a "successful student" to pad their numbers.   

As I have searched around Zillow/loopnet/realtor.com/etc the houses seem to be marked with fairly high value, considering the area (~$400,000 on the low side).
