There are no other fees, no hidden fees, no account setup fees, no leasing fees or other extra fees for various services or items.

These are just a few of the items a great lease should address.

Mileage is yes for yourself as a deduction as self employment costs.. plus other costs if you have a cell phone for business, if you have office supplies, to mention a few items that you can deduct costs for. 

As for your question, I suppose if you have a newer unit that does not require major repairs and/or capex expenses, then perhaps you can lower it, BUT you will still need to budget for these items in the long run.

The next item to address is the Dwelling Protection.  

@Sherwin Gonzales one other item I thought of, is her income that she is receiving now lower than when she works?

Many folks find out the hard way what items can be utilized as income in a financing transaction.

I just listened and it opened my eyes to very delicate things that I am now paying close attention to.
