Looking for a "reputable" General Contractor Central NJ

Purchasing an industrial building in Hamilton, NJ. Need a GC to give us quotes on roof, parking lot + a few other CAPEX items. Low price isn't an issue, I'm looking for someone who has a good reputation, knows what the heck they're doing and can think outside the box.
