and are a hyper inclusive area (relative to the rest of the US), why would we hand out formal cool club REIA membership cards & define who is/isn't cool enough to gain membership?

Hi All,Not sure if it’s better to 1031 during a red hot economy like it is now or if it’s better to wait til things cool off.

Its great because the pay is good, I have free and full access to the mls, and my appraisers will analyze any deal i have for a 2nd set of eyes, free appraisals, its also cool because i see other investors deals and learn from it.

I thought it was a cool idea and a way to protect myself on the downside as well.
