These loans are lower risk for the bank, the money is unlimited (they just go back to Fannie/Freddie for more), and you can find them at just about any bank.

I think if your at whistler probably not as much risksome of the other areas might be more risk as they are much smaller markets and primarily local skiiers.like the ones out of Kamloops or Vernon or Kelowna

yet took some rather odd actions.For example:Board started digging drains in front to of my house without ever acknowledging my engineer's letter about the damp, or coming in to look at where it was coming in.This was not recommended by the engineer.Meanwhile, I was waiting for funds to replace the carpets and while delays went on I had to move out the house because of the risk of mold.

Your name is still on the original loan, even though your name may be off titlenow, so that should Not have helped your DTI.I always discourage people from doing shady, mtg fraud related actions,  it barring you stating you Will sell, or have already sold, I’d explore putting the title back like it was, and carry on.
