We have 4 fully paid off SFR units and are looking for a lender that will not require personal income verification.  

We did notice that our unit 2 bed, 1 bath rents for $1600 a month and an identical neighbor unit rents for $1200 a month. 

Regarding employment verification, unless you look up the company in the phone book, and call the published number to locate a Human Resources person or a Manager (without asking for the person named as supervisor on the application), you run the risk of getting purely false information.

They were identical houses, probably about 2000 square feet a piece.

A lawyer, who's verifibly been to school and passed the bar and will stand behind his work will charge only a fraction of that price.You're being ripped off by a con man.

Here's what doesn't make sense in your numbers:  Your scheduled and effective gross income are identical. 

But the concept, putting a buyer and a seller together and collecting a fee, is almost identical to wholesaling.

It might be priced double what the identical building next door is priced at.

They can flag your credit history as "fraud victim" and nobody will be able to get credit with that identity without providing extra information.Jon
