Sub Prime Lender Meltdown of 2007

I have so many properties and I am wondering how the sub prime lenders that are being hit so hard for making bogus loans will effect my investments.
I suppose its great if I want to carry the loan myself but I wonder how hard its going to be for those with poor credit to purchase my homes out right.
Will it effect values of homes positivley or negatively?
Any views?
