Can anyone recommend a portfolio lender? We are in the NY Area. We have 4 fully paid off SFR units and are looking for a lender that will not require personal income verification.

There are several national portfolio lenders. You should be able to find someone to work with you (PM me and I can help). Portfolio lending is a fairly new product in the marketplace, so most people still don't really know about some of these new lending options.
