I was looking into Houston, TX, maybe Pennsylvania because it is closer to NY.  

Hi,I am looking at Harris County (Houston TX) and they mention sworn petition to cover statement:1> that the premises is not a covered dwelling subject to the moratorium on evictions imposed under Section 4024 of the CARES Act;2> that the plaintiff has complied with the 30 day notice to vacate requirements under the CARES Act;Question#1 Does that mean the tenant can stay for 30 days before I can evict them?

Some background about me: I grew up in the Houston area, studied Chemical Engineering at LSU (Geaux Tigers!)

I'm from Houston Texas but I want to stay in the Mobile market because a beginner can make a fortune from cashflow off of these small houses.

I was actually looking at Big Bear but the prices started sky rocketing in the fall of 2020.

You For any wholesalers or investors. what would you suggest or say to a 23years old guy in Houston TX starting this journey?

Good luck...We have a cousin in Houston who lost all the piping to his pool as well as inside the home.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the traffic on a house and know if there are multiple offers.  

As long as you focus on your cash and treat it like the only rocket fuel you have, you'll be on the right bath.
