What’s up! So I graduated with a bachelors degree at the start of this pandemic and couldn’t find a job in my field and eventually lost interest. I’m currently working at Amazon and really looking forward to getting out and doing something I actually enjoy.

Finally going for it. I’ve always liked real estate and have always wanted to invest in it, but just never really had the money. I’ve heard so many podcast over wholesaling and it interest me more and more.

You

For any wholesalers or investors. what would you suggest or say to a 23years old guy in Houston TX starting this journey?

Hi Callejas,

Congrats on starting so young. I bought my first property ar 23. I was so excited about real estate investing that I wanted to quit my job to do it. I was making more investing than my job was paying me. The best thing I did was keeping that job. Banks and lenders love employment income. They also like to see a long work history. If you can stand the job at Amazon I would suggest sticking it out. Having steady employment income allowed me to purchase more properties and refinancne current ones. I am not a wholesaler but I think that would be a great strategy to help you stack cash to later put into a building a portfolio and semi passive income.

Hope this help.
