who would you pay 25K for a knock down in the crossroads aka west side?

Now the city is requesting the following:1) Energy compliance documentation2) Mechanical (HVAC) Drawings3) Plumbing Drawings (Hot, cold water waste and vent. gas)4) Electrical (Complete Drawings)What kinds of people do we need to hire for these drawings and plans? 

I got both properties for well under asking price (MLS listings) in a really hot market.

I have a contractor that I paid to obtain the permits for a small house on the south side, but we have been waiting for a couple months and have been told there are a lot of delays for all contractors right now.

Not to be harsh, but I think you fear is mostly unfounded... but carry a side by side shotgun if it makes you feel better.

I have access to around 950 buyers in the area through my partner, so I'm not too concerned about that side of it - he will also be going on the first couple deals with me to help me get my bearings with the sales part.

I've been in real estate for 20+ years on the title side, now I'm looking to get into real estate investing in Central Florida.    

If it's in an LLC then you are probably going to have to talk with the commercial lending side of the bank.

Both sides have been rented now for a couple months and are cash flowing nicely.
