@David Yu We completed a full renovation on a SFH this month and had major electrical issues (no grounds, loose boxes, unlabeled panel, two prongs, etc.).

Most include water/sewer; many include electric or gas but may also bill you in some manner rather than the regional Electric/Gas service provider; and trash pickup.

But you did notice a bug that was 100% our fault in that the cancellation link doesn't work on mobile devices... that's an oversight on our end because we didn't expect people to be setting up and editing their sites or their account on their cell phones... mainly on desktop... but as soon as you alerted us to that we fixed it.
