Other buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $25,000
Cash invested: $35,000

Rv Park Monthly spots 450.00 per spot each month 6 total hookups. =2700.00 monthly gross

includes water and electricity average of expense 30.00 month per spot. =180.00

property tax is 400.00 per year.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

found the land through foreclosure and it is located at the state park in twin city ga also driving distance of 30-45 min to plant vogle and plant hatch. also 20min to I16.

How did you finance this deal?

borrowed from my local bank to purchase property and used my personal cash savings to build hookups and bathhouse office area.

What was the outcome?

Great cashflow investment!
