I got a college degree in business that emphasized real estate.  

Not positive on this, but I think it's the case.The 2 options I looked into for OH schools were Cincinnati State and Hondros College (in West Chester).  

We are thinking to focus on buying in college towns and renting to students.

Should I be a full time student and be a house flipper after I graduate or be a full time house flipper? Just finishing 1 year as a student! What should I do?

Looking into building my next Empire in multi family, I have been networking heavily with high school and college friends that have spent there career in the space.  

The house is nicely renovated, so the privacy fence spaces are intended to give upscale private college student residents a little privacy and separation from the neighborhood.  

Where I quickly learnt the VOES of being a landlord. 3 young college girls that never met rooming together....

I've been out of college for almost a year now and have come to realize real estate is a great way to build real wealth. 

This may seem weird, because I've been an accountant for most of my life, so you'd think that I would automatically say that accounting and finance jobs helped me most.ButRight after high school and during my first few years in college, I was a delivery driver.
