Make sure to set your keyword alerts properly - I suggest using progressively specific key word phrases, so you can see if people are talking about one aspect of your interest or if they mention the holy grail of alllll your interests in one post.

I also advise setting progressively more specific alerts, so you know if something related to one interest pops up, but you also know when the Holy Grail thread pops up that relates to the intersection of alllll your interests.Since you're no newbie to the RE game, you're well ahead of most new members - you'll just have to learn the rules for the US, but the essence of successful passive RE investing is universal.If you have any questions about turnkey in general or the market down here in Birmingham, AL, feel free to reach out any time.Best of luck!
