If you finalize a deal, make it a condition that you will be hiring a realtor to sell the finished house and the realtor will be working on your behalf to monitor progress periodically and provide you with updates.

Make sure to set your keyword alerts properly - I suggest using progressively specific key word phrases, so you can see if people are talking about one aspect of your interest or if they mention the holy grail of alllll your interests in one post.
