I would say the likelihood of it becoming an issue is low.

Also, you should only be looking for cash buyers so financing contingencies should not be an issue. 

If not you will need a very large hot water heater.Would that remedy issues of hot water running out 

I can't imagine it really has to do with this EXTREMELY minor payment issue. 

If you were in fact a permanent resident alien, there are many programs that I utilize that do not haircut your eligibility.I believe a U.S. bank account is required as well - I haven't seen a client try to use a foreign bank account but once, but I do know that the particular lender we were utilizing took issue with that.

There was not a single house that did not have technical issues beyond just repairing.  

Probably rare in a rural setting in.. an urban setting you can almost count on it.the othere issues will be title insurance when it comes to a lender policy.
