I’ve been reading some mixed reviews and would like to hear from those of you who have used them.  

Now that the market is booming and lots of tech companies are entering I don’t think it would be smart to wait any longer.I want to buy a 1 bedroom condo to pursue AIRBNB/STR (if the by-laws allow).

I hear mixed reviews considering some of the laws in place for STR.

I have had really mixed results on Facebook.

But it's mixed with room air to a slightly warmer temp, so then the humidity drops into a more tolerable range, say 60%. 

Again, if you're mixing some personal use with it, that's up to you.

It can be good to mix things up.

(electrician, plumber, HVAC)  Are you able to get a tech to address emergencies in a reasonable time? 

Slightly less labor and material on the install and honestly from a techs perspective I find easier to maintain.Bosch is a solid up and coming product I’m not completely familiar with their entire line but I know they have a basic heat pump that is made in China and doesn’t have the best reviews.

So even if the overall payment and costs are not that different, throw a 3 yr Pre payment penalty into the mix for a DSCR loan and that is a show stopper for me.If you can go conventional, do it!
