I am considering purchasing in Fishtown/Northern liberties for my first Airbnb rental. Does anyone have success within the city? I hear mixed reviews considering some of the laws in place for STR.

You may really want to check the laws since most STRs will be null and void in Philadelphia with the new changes coming up
