Andrea there are a few ways of looking at this... some will tell you the other is a glorified lead source that you are paying 50% profits to.. i view it more as if you dont have other deals going on that make you more then the 50% you are going to make working leads provided then you are in a great spot. if you have a job working for someone else you already trade your time for money... so why not do it when it is something more lucrative.

without more detailed information i will give it a shot... yes many many list sources out there to buy. you can do some google data scraping (very inexpensive)or you can pick up the phone and dial for dollars.

If you've found that the information is this far off in that particular county, I think you can safely conclude that you should find another source of data from that county for your direct mail campaign.I don't use AgentPro247 for my delinquent tax lists anymore... and it's for this exact reason.

I like to (if you have Direct Deposit) Deposit my check in to savings, then ONLY take out what is needed for bills, food and a little splurge (Starbucks, Dining out Etc.)

The real kicker is, when renting the home, everything is outside; bathroom trailers, food, etc. nobody really steps for inside the home, and the owner gets between $4,000 and $8,000 every event.

On the first occasion that the same problem occurred, he was still getting SOME promotional emails from BP, but none relating to his followed threads, which leads him to believe that the problem is:- the "Re-verification" email that needs to be received is originating from the SAME email source that has been blocked in the first place (which could be a specific email server process that created the glitch).
