Like most cities, Birmingham can change from block to block, so I wouldn't recommend buying site-unseen without some serious knowledge of the area or at least a trusted team/partner who knows it well.

These are high pressure sales jobs with tremendous turnover of the sales team.  

The people are helpful and the opportunity to engage experienced investors is perfect for those who are learning the industry. 

Plus I have a cousin living in Houston now so he can lend me a hand if I need it.Since I am switching to a different market, I need a new team.
