Investor from BC, Canada Looking for Houston/Dallas Opportunities

Hi. I am an investor from BC, Canada. I have bought a condo and a townhouse in Las Vegas a few years ago. They generated pretty decent rental income. I have sold the condo 2 years ago and kept the townhouse.

I have some spare money now and are looking for opportunities in Houston or Dallas. I am switching to Houston or Dallas because the ROI there seems better than Las Vegas nowadays. Plus I have a cousin living in Houston now so he can lend me a hand if I need it.

Since I am switching to a different market, I need a new team. If you know any good real estate agents/brokers, wholesalers, inspectors, lawyers, title companies, rental management companies in Houston or Dallas, please share with me.
