I don't have all of the details, but I worry that the management company could be taking advantage of them.I do not have the capacity to get involved and am not educated in this area, but was wondering if anyone has general advice on how she and the other condo owners could best seek to protect themselves and resolve their dispute with the management company?

You might want that in the first year as it increases your cash flow in a period when usually propriety performance is weak and the cash flow is lower (and that could be useful in financing/refinancing said property).

I can educate myself on finding a good deal, but how is the escrow handled when the wholesaler takes your cash with the intention of buying the house they put the bid on?
