Invest in Debt (The "How To" book on "Buying Paper" for Cash Flow
Wanted to know if anyone have read this book. Also, any recommendations on Note Investing would be gladly appreciated.

Yes, it’s a classic, it’s narrow in scope. It explains how to calculate yield, and gives examples of buying discounted notes and partials, and how one would profit from them. The core is calculating the time value of money.
