Hey, 

I’ve picked up the podcasts and be utilizing the knowledge that everyone has been sharing. I am new to Bigger Pockets and investing. We have one current property and looking to grow what we are doing! 

My name is Jacob Hanika and I am out of Omaha, Nebraska. I am learning the process and will probably ask a million questions to better understand flipping, rentals and everything in between.
