In September the court approval supposed to happen but the owner hired a lawyer stating that he never got any notice of sale which I dought and so the hearing is next in mid-October.P.S - I did hire a lawyer to look over the properties I bid on, but i feel like he doesn't know his stuff.Here's the subordination:

In general, once you have no late payments for one year and your credit cards aren't maxed, you should be in the mid 600's for a score, and begin to be eligible to tap that equity.Good luck!
