It was a great investment on their part as I have bought multiple properties with them, as well as been a private lender on numerous loan to the same company.  

Boca has a draw due to FAU, Boca Regional Hospital and the number of corporate employers however there are numerous apartments due to come on the market in 2017 as well. 

I have rented numerous times before, and unless i lived in a 'complex' i was always responsible for the upkeep of the house.

There are numerous products out there that qualify investors on the property DCR or no income verification that doesn't take your tsx rrturns into account.

Just on your thread you've gotten multiple coffee invites from people who are just happy to share experience, not sell you on anything, and I think that's what makes this space so unique.You're in a really good place in terms being able to get started in REI quickly (not to be confused with rushing) because capital is almost always the primary stumbling block.
