Property Manager Recommendation in Baltimore?
Can anyone recommend a reliable, honest, and effective property manager, who doesn't mind a mix of properties, some on the lower end?

I'm in the same boat - I've perused a number of threads here, and honestly, there isn't a lot of direct, reliable information. I've seen a number of posts where people have recommended colleagues they know, but haven't personally used for property management.
Here's one thing I can recommend: look for a property manager who is licensed and a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers - https://www.narpm.org/
I'm in the process of signing up with someone who is a member of NARPM - I'll update the group if it works out.
