Newbie from Manitoba, Canada...

Hey all...

I found BP recently and loving the podcast!  I'm brand new to real estate investing and really looking forward to all the knowledge I can gain from the forums and products on this site.

I have zero experience, but I know that real estate is something that I want to do... I think it'll be a way to finally TAKE CONTROL of the future of myself and my loved ones... actually I've known it for a long time I think.

As a 10 year old kid, while my friends were busy playing... I was busy working on my lawn-mowing business.  At night, my friends would stay up late and watch cartoons... I would stay up and watch infomercials about real estate investing and dream.

Anyway... I'm an automotive tech by day (and I do enjoy it and not looking to quit any time soon)... I just want to supplement my income so that I can start putting something aside to build long term wealth.

All that being said, are there any investors here from the Altona, Winkler or Winnipeg area in Manitoba?  If so, feel free to reach out.  I'd love to connect; maybe we can help each other out in some way down the road.
