@Travis Schmidt, first I would carefully evaluate the repairs and the costs because that sounds like an EXTREME amount of damage based on those amounts.

If you are looking at a hard money loan, most will only care about the equity in the deal, and your experience in the last 36 months If you are looking for conventional, full doc financing, they won't care about your experience, but will look into your personal income, credit and assets. 

We care a little bit about your W2 income on the commercial side, but not a lot.If you make $100k/yr and have $400k in your checking account, we're also not going to question it on the commercial side.
