Similarly, I don't know squat about reverse mortgages, and it wouldn't be worth it for me to learn it just for one transaction, so randomly calling me with a reverse mortgage question would be a waste of your time... you'd be better off hanging out with a bunch of elderly homeowners and asking them who does their reverse mortgages.

It is understood that we need a brokers license to hang our business on and we are in talks with several brokers. 

In 2007 the people I hang with did not lower rent and all survived at current rents and some even raised rents.

;) I prefer they disturb me than call their buddys friend to hang a giant tv or fix some minor thing    I can count on one hand the times someone has contacted me after 9 pm and those were folks responding to ads  sooooooo  really i guess maybe get an e phone number and have it go to vm if you want ptivacy....

A sharp buyer's agent will ask whether there were any unpermitted renovations done and that can blow up in your face too.Far better not to have that sword of Damocles hanging over your head.  

3) I used a local contractor for hanging exterior doors. 

Get the low hanging fruit.

Before hanging your hat on that, I would be sure there are at least 3 QUALITY management companies in your area that would do it for that price. 

Very straightforward and easy to understand how they respond once you get a hang of it.
